Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, receiving payments and facilitating traffic flow.
  • Count and manage cash and/or validations, maintaining security and accuracy.
  • Make change, issue receipts, and process transactions efficiently.
  • Operate cash registers, calculate costs, and display transaction details.
  • Quote prices, provide directions, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain booth cleanliness, pick up trash, and ensure adequate inventory of work aids and supplies.
  • Verify log transactions, compile collected revenue, and prepare shift reports.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Language skills to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Reasoning ability to apply common sense and deal with problems in standardized situations.
