Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage in Millbrook, NY. As an Occupational Therapist - PRN, you will work with residents in an Assisted Living setting, providing therapy services and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents in accordance with physician orders, utilizing therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, containing achievable functional goals.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines, maintaining timely and accurate departmental records.
• Enter progress notes in resident records following each treatment session.
• Revise treatment plans as needed, throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• Prefer supervision, training, and/or experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
