We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage in Millbrook, NY. As an Occupational Therapist - PRN, you will work with residents in an Assisted Living setting, providing therapy services and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents in accordance with physician orders, utilizing therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, containing achievable functional goals.
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines, maintaining timely and accurate departmental records.
- Enter progress notes in resident records following each treatment session.
- Revise treatment plans as needed, throughout the treatment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Prefer supervision, training, and/or experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
