Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NDT Radiography Manager to lead our Non-Destructive Test (NDT) efforts in Camden, AR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain certification programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the proper operation of all instrumentation, test, and measuring equipment.
  • Maintain X-ray equipment and electronic image storage systems.
  • Direct daily work assignments for radiographic inspection personnel to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.
  • Serve as the plant Radiation Safety Officer.
  • Train, develop, and certify NDT personnel using existing qualification and certification processes.
  • Administer training courses and update training plans as necessary.
  • Review and assist in updating certification examinations to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain state licensing records for changes in equipment and/or personnel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Quality/Manufacturing/CI/Test/NDT processes.
  • Radiography – NAS410 and ASNT Level II / III certification.
  • Experience as a Level III desirable.
  • Direct experience in NDT, including interpretation of radiographic images.
  • Current State or IRRSP Gamma/X-ray use card a plus.
  • Must understand basic math, science, and engineering principles.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
