Your Responsibilities:
Key Duties
- Safely parks and retrieves guest vehicles in line with hotel standards.
- Delivers luggage, packages, and documents as needed.
- Keeps track of service requests.
- Welcomes guests at the entrance or vehicle upon arrival.
- Assists guests with luggage and provides information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Helps with snow and ice removal in designated areas.
- Clears ice from guests' vehicles and provides umbrellas when necessary.
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.
- Ensures the safety and security of guests and team members at all times.
- Availability for weekend shifts is required.
- Proven safe driving record.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and perform technical driving tasks.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must possess a valid driver's license; annual driving record review is required.
