We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, generous Paid Time Off, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the facility's Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process.
- Assess and evaluate the quality of care for long-term care residents.
- Develop comprehensive care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid and unrestricted RN license in the state.
- Previous MDS experience.
- Experience in Long Term care is preferred but not required.
