Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Plan and organize construction schedules, resources, and personnel to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement construction projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in OSP construction work in the Telecom field.
  • CDL license and experience managing in CDL environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to construction management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a construction or related field.
Work Environment

This role requires working in an office and field environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, dust, dirt, and other environmental factors. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
