Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash and inventory accurately, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Plan daily sales and make change requirements known to the Bar Manager.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
  • Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
  • Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
Working Conditions
  • Vary by show to include days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
Physical Demands
  • Must have ability to remain stationary for periods of up to 5 hours.
  • Must have ability to bend, stoop and on occasion lift 35 lbs.
  • Must have ability to speak and understand the primary language(s) by typical guests of the area.
