Job Summary

A Housekeeper at Aimbridge Hospitality is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in hotel guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field preferred. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart and stocking it with necessary supplies.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality's safety and security procedures at all times.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
