Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Coding Instructor to join our team of passionate educators. As a Coding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding lessons to kids aged 7-14, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and working closely with parents to ensure their child's progress.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver coding lessons to small groups of kids, using our proprietary curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages kids to explore and learn
  • Work with kids to identify their skill levels and create personalized learning plans
  • Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's progress
  • Assist with center operations, including setup and cleanup
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience

Qualifications
  • Experience working with kids aged 7-14, preferably in a teaching or mentoring role
  • Strong knowledge of coding concepts and technologies, or ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Fun and energetic personality, with a passion for teaching and learning
