Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and work.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • State licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a flexible caseload based on experience.
