Job Overview

The International Support Group (ISG) is seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Master Control Technician. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems across various government facilities. The technician will be tasked with both preventative maintenance and repair duties, specifically focusing on chillers, master controls, split systems, and packaged units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Conducting inspections and executing repairs or replacements of equipment.
  • Performing regular preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC or related fields.
  • Proficiency with master controls is essential.
  • NATE or Niagara certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance for HVAC systems and general facility upkeep.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service abilities.
  • Possession of HVAC/EPA licenses is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
