Collision Repair Specialist

About the Role:
As a Collision Repair Specialist with Quality Talent Group, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning and executing repair processes, and ensuring high-quality results. Your expertise will be essential in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:
• Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Perform quality repairs while prioritizing on-time completion.
• Make informed decisions on repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Safely remove vehicle components to facilitate repairs.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
• Use power tools and hand tools to file, grind, and sand surfaces.
• Supervise apprentices and provide guidance on complex tasks.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in using frame machines.
• Certification in body repair is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturer-specific repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Analytical skills for interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Passing a thorough background check is mandatory.
