Job Summary

The Production Checker plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of finished products by conducting visual inspections and identifying defects. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Identify and track defect data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Report quality issues to the Department Lead and collaborate with the team to resolve them
  • Ensure that products are properly stamped and labeled before packaging and shipping
  • Work with other team members to provide support and assistance as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong reading and writing skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
