We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Physicians Organization (WDP). As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will assist patients with activities of daily living tasks, perform vital signs, and complete documentation in the medical record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living tasks
  • Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frames
  • Complete all documentation in the medical record as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • BLS Certification - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
  • Experience working in patient care/elder care 1-2 years preferred
