Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  • Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration rate.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including toileting, oral care, and nail care.
  • Assist patients with mobility issues, such as transferring and transporting.
  • Report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
