Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Leoforce. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

* Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
* Home health experience
