Job Title: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Wilks Tire & Battery Service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with guests, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with guests and understanding their needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for services and products.
  • Recommend products and services based on guest needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform manual tasks, including light lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Requirements:
  • Prior guest service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous automotive guest service experience.
  • Previous tire or parts sales experience.
