This role is designed to support the GSM-O II Task Number 07 (TN07), which provides essential assistance to the Joint Force Headquarters-DoD Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN).

The JFHQ-DODIN is responsible for network operations and defensive cyber operations, offering critical support to the United States Cyber Command in alignment with the Department of Defense (DoD).

The selected individual will be tasked with delivering analysis that ensures round-the-clock support for the JFHQ-DODIN Operations Center, facilitating command, control, and defensive cyber operations (DCO) across various Combatant Commands, Service Cyber Components, Agencies, and Field Activities. This includes continuous coordination with USCYBERCOM and other partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Gather intelligence on events occurring within both internal and external communities of interest.
2. Enhance Situational Awareness (SA) and Situational Understanding (SU), while identifying potential relationships, trends, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) based on threat intelligence data.
3. Provide comprehensive all-source intelligence support to JFHQ-DODIN operations, including Named Operations, DODIN Cyber Protection Teams' (CPT) defensive missions, Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI), and Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspections (CCORI).
4. Conduct open-source intelligence research to aid in threat discovery and analysis.
5. Research, analyze, and assess vulnerabilities and Information Assurance Vulnerability information as it pertains to intelligence reporting.
6. Analyze and monitor vulnerability disclosure program (VDP) incidents in relation to intelligence reporting.
7. Ensure that information provided to foreign entities complies with federal statutes and restrictions.
8. Collect analytical metrics and trending data, identify key trends, and provide situational awareness regarding these trends.
Basic Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for C/I Polygraph.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 4+ years of applicable combined education and experience; additional related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Security+ Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
- Proven experience in briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
- Familiarity with intelligence-driven defense and/or cyber Kill Chain methodology.
