Job Title: Construction Superintendent, Energy Projects

GeoStabilization International is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our Frontline Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our organization by ensuring safety, quality, delivery, production, costs, and training objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Supervise and train construction crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Class A CDL and experience with heavy equipment operation.
  • Experience in geotechnical construction and pipeline right-of-way management.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and risk prevention for energy projects, with a strong emphasis on environmental controls.
Work Environment:

The work environment for this role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects. You will be required to work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, offices, and other locations as needed.
