Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as an Independent Optometrist. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our Sam's Club location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including routine exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Establish your own schedule and hours of operation, allowing for flexibility and control over your practice.
  • Set your own fee schedule, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your services.
  • Have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation, administrative support, and other services for a fair market value.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9.
