As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN License.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous acute care experience.
- Fluency in the English language to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
