Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our facilities team. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. This is a critical role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Clean and maintain office spaces, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
* Restock supplies and materials as needed
* Operate floor cleaners and power washers to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
