Job Summary

This is a travel MRI Technologist position that requires a professional with expertise in magnetic resonance imaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and maintaining a safe and efficient imaging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Maintain a safe and efficient imaging environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on MRI equipment
Requirements
  • ARRT (MR) certification
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Experience working with GE 1.5 and 3T MRI equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
