Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Occupational Therapist / COTA to join our growing pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess children's needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to children, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all children.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Current Florida OT license.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus but not required.
