Reflexive Concepts is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity consultant to provide expert-level systems engineering and technical support for Zero Trust Implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and create design documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud security environments and industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop architecture and create design documentation for Zero Trust Implementation
- Work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements and conduct technology assessments
- Provide technical support for installation troubleshooting and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with software developers to track and define requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support
Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Ten (10) years of experience as a Technical Consultant in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional TC experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years of experience
Desired Skills
- Experience with SW development methodologies
- Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
- Experience briefing senior-level management
- Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
