We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with change, and is passionate about delivering outstanding results. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting branch operations by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.
- Completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
- Performing routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, provide guidance on bank procedures and products, and contribute to achieving business objectives. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Able to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.

Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on location and industry standards)
