We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at SSM Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Radiology Director and Manager, you will produce quality diagnostic medical radiographs to ensure proper diagnosis and quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality radiographs using appropriate exposure techniques
  • Documenting patient history and pertinent patient information
  • Verifying physician orders prior to the start of exams
  • Supervising and teaching Radiology students as part of their clinical rotation
  • Communicating technical information to patients and co-workers
  • Responding to changes in workload and prioritizing tasks
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a Radiology Technology program and registry eligibility
  • Two years of experience in Radiology Technology, preferably
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ARRT-R Radiography certification
