Key Responsibilities
In alignment with Epson's policies and procedures, you will be tasked with the following:
- Conduct repairs on units under direct or limited supervision from management, adhering to written work instructions
- Examine a unit's internal and external components to assess repairable versus non-repairable damage
- Interpret and follow written technical service protocols to evaluate unit performance
- Inspect and accurately assess test prints or images
- Execute firmware updates
- Perform final testing to verify repair outcomes
- Utilize diagnostic software
- Complete data entry tasks using available reporting systems
- Carry out assigned tasks while maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards
- Accurately maintain both electronic and paper records
- Support depot operations by undertaking additional duties as assigned by management
The starting annual base pay for this position ranges from USD $17.00 to $18.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may encompass multiple levels. The actual base pay is influenced by various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
