Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing organization in Sacramento, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to lead and innovate in HR practices.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. They will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals.

• Manage all HR functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Lead efforts in policy development, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to drive business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

The annual salary range is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
