Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a skilled HVAC Controls/Building Automation Technician to become part of our innovative team. This role involves executing fieldwork to verify the operational sequences and conducting point-to-point checks for HVAC automation projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation systems (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls.
  • Ability to work on-site at client locations approximately 80% of the time.
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following BAS platforms: Alerton (preferred), Schneider Electric, Siemens, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or similar.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara.
  • Familiarity with Alerton systems.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visual Basic, and Visio.
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
