Position Details:
Job Title:
Superintendent (5+ years in Underground Utilities, Piping, Earthworks, Excavations, and Structures)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all essential responsibilities of a Superintendent.
  • Report directly to the Project Executive and provide daily updates.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings.
  • Interpret and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Oversee ongoing fieldwork to ensure quality meets client standards.
  • Participate in jobsite construction meetings.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Foster positive relationships with Owners, Architects, and Contractors.
  • Deliver value-engineered solutions when appropriate.
  • Manage project deliverables effectively.
  • Guide and mentor project staff to create a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent on projects with reputable Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Earthworks, Structures, or Heavy Civil Contractors.
  • Experience in projects focused on Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Piping, Earthworks, and Excavations.
  • Direct experience in field trades is preferred.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
