We are in search of a dedicated and approachable Receptionist to become a part of our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As the first point of contact for our guests, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist
- Welcome all visitors and assist them during their stay
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and fulfill requests from team members
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable
- Sort and distribute general emails
- Provide additional administrative assistance as required, such as organizing files and coordinating travel for executives
- Prior experience in a receptionist or related position is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of operating office machinery, including printers and scanners
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
