Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, and mop floor as needed
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed, such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/department
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for our guests

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
