Job Summary:

As a Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to women and newborns, coaching them throughout the birthing process, monitoring their vitals, and administering medication as needed. You may also be called upon to assist in caesarian sections and provide education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and caring for their infants.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth
  • Coach women throughout the birthing process, monitoring their vitals and administering medication as needed
  • Assist in caesarian sections and provide education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and caring for their infants
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care is provided to women and newborns
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
  • Active RN license
