Job Summary

The YMCA of the Inland Northwest seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Cabin Leader to join our summer camp team. As a Cabin Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for campers aged 5-15 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model and mentor to junior counselors, promoting leadership and camp counseling skills.
  • Supervise and support campers during daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Lead or assist in program areas as assigned, facilitating activities that promote camper skill and character development.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 by June 15th of the camp season.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of college preferred (may be substituted with at least one year of relevant work experience).

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
