MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the X-Ray Technologist is to obtain high-quality diagnostic images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

  • Prepares patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operates X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the human body, assisting in the diagnosis of medical conditions.
  • Provides clear instructions to patients, ensuring they understand the imaging process and any necessary positions.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines.
  • Delivers quality patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration, as required by state law.
  • Two years of X-Ray Technologist experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
