Customer Experience Lead

Job Description
- Oversee and manage the front end department, including cashiers, stockroom staff, and other support personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure proper receipt and storage of merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service, address guest complaints, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop talent, and maintain a high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
