About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people worldwide.

As a Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors by performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and providing education on general health and safety protocols.

You will also be responsible for building rapport with donors, ensuring confidentiality, and providing counseling on unacceptable test results.

Additionally, you will evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine programs, and assist in employee training.

Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency
  • Current certification/licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT
  • CPR/BLS certification
