Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute psychiatric care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients for risk of danger to self or others and intervene appropriately in crisis situations.
- Participate in the implementation of individualized treatment plans and provide patient education on identified learning needs.
- Facilitate educational and activity groups, recommending alternative activities based on patient functioning level and treatment plan.
- Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred.
