This exciting role involves meeting with customers in their homes, guiding them through the flooring selection process, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs
  • Provide expert advice and guide customers through the selection process
  • Accurately measure rooms, provide quotes, and complete sales orders
  • Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • No experience required – we'll train you from day one
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and own transportation are necessary
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to take control of your own earnings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Able to work weekdays and Saturdays, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
