We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at LuxorLink Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the estate planning process, providing expert advice on trust management, and ensuring their assets are protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their goals and objectives
  • Develop personalized estate plans, including wills, trusts, and ancillary documents
  • Provide clear explanations of complex legal concepts and ensure clients understand all provisions of their estate plan
  • Work closely with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other parties to move cases forward efficiently
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and future clients through regular communication and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited law school and licensed with the California State Bar
  • At least 3+ years of experience in estate planning, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Working knowledge of finance, investments, and taxes, with experience using MS Office Suite and case management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
