Springfield Medical Care Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As an LNA, you will work closely with our registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support to our Inpatient Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in unit preparedness and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Successful completion of an approved course for Licensed Nursing Assistants
  • Current Vermont LNA license
  • Current BLS certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
