We are seeking an experienced Residential Counselor to join our team at our Middletown group home, where you will provide supportive care to 14 adults with mental health needs.

As a Residential Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cooking, cleaning, and laundry for residents
  • Assisting clients with community connections and activities to expand their social networks and promote integration
  • Working with clients on their identified goals as outlined in their recovery plans
  • Collaborating with families and supports to enhance client well-being
  • Leading monthly resident groups focused on health promotion and skill development
  • Supporting clients with daily integration into the community, including transportation and scheduling
