We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize storage
• Coordinate with contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Assist with safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in inventory management or supply chain coordination
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and ISO 13485
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Athena software
• LEAN manufacturing principles and inventory management experience
