The Rouse Estate is seeking a skilled Server to join our Nutrition Services team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring a delightful dining experience for our residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents during mealtime by guiding them to their tables, confirming their orders, and delivering meals.
• Oversee the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on residents regularly.
• Support residents in submitting future menu choices, considering any dietary restrictions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked dining environment, including the drink station.
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation controls and food safety regulations.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, dish room, and storage areas.
• Standing, lifting, bending, and walking are part of the job requirements.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and in other roles as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in healthcare setting is beneficial.
• Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
