We are seeking a socially conscious Family Physician to join our team at Marin City Health and Wellness Center (MCHWC). This full-time or part-time position combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, quality improvement initiatives, and population health management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality clinical programs for family medicine patients in Bayview Hunters Point.
- Collaborate with site leadership and medical teams to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Work with specialists and other clinical partners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to quality management programs, including audits, protocol reviews, and tracking of clinical measures.
- Provide direct patient care, follow-up, and referrals as needed.
- Current CA Medical License and Board Certification Eligibility.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Spanish language ability is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $200,000-$230,000.00
