Job Description
As a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive fire protection plans for our clients. You will work closely with colleagues to design and install fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other life safety systems, and mentor junior staff to help them grow in their careers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire protection plans for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential fire hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and install fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other life safety systems.
- Mentor junior staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and codes to ensure that our services remain at the forefront of the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
