We are seeking a qualified part-time instructor to join our team at Bladen Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching electrical-related courses and providing quality instruction to our students.

This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics or a related field, as well as relevant industry experience. Industry recognized credentials and/or related work experience will also be considered.

• Design and implement instructional activities that incorporate the latest technologies and interactive learning methods.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to provide effective instruction in electrical concepts and principles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient classroom/lab environment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback to help improve student outcomes.
• Use the college's student information system and retention software to support student success.
• Complete required college records, including attendance and grades, in a timely manner.

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.
• Industry recognized credentials and/or related work experience considered.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in an indoor office setting and occasionally travel. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
