Key Responsibilities

  • Implement care and treatments as outlined in the patient's plan of care, including vital sign measurements and specimen collection;">
  • Provide direct personal care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with ambulation;">
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment, including cleaning the work area and restocking supplies;">
  • Support the educational needs of patients, reinforcing teaching provided by the registered nurse or physician.">

Qualifications

  • Current listing as Nursing Assistant I with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services;">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;">
  • At least six months of nursing assistant experience (preferable);">
