About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their refrigeration and HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and overhaul refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operating deficiencies to ensure quality work performance.
  • Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Provide support by picking up, delivering, and installing cases, as well as performing minor construction and remodeling projects.
  • Collaborate with management to complete other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation.
  • Ability to work on equipment, with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
